We hereby give you a 3-year carry in guarantee on your blinds
If by the unlikely possibility you blind have a factory fault take a photo and send it to us, we will let you know if it must be repaired in the factory, or we can send a technician to repair onsite. If it must go to the factory, you must bring it in to our offices.
Fitting guarantee
It is the customers responsibility to check the blinds after they are fitted to see that they are happy with the Job, there are no free comeback’s
Self-measuring Insurance
If you do your own measurements, please go to” how to Measure” on our website and follow the instructions carefully, to cover yourself you can ask for the” Self-measuring Insurance “to be added on to your order.
How it works:
