Call out Fees for Measuring, Delivery & fitting 

 

 For Measuring Cash is to be paid directly to the Consultant 

It will be refunded upon ordering Blinds

Radius  up to 30 km R300

Radius  30 to 60 km R400

Radius  60 to 90km R500

Fitting 

Although our fitters do an excellent job it is the customer's responsibility to check the blinds after they are fitted to see that you are happy with the Job. Comebacks will be charged as per call-out fees.

Fitting charges:

The call-out fee as per km radius from Pinetown plus

For 1 or 2 blinds R150 per blind

For 3 or 4 blinds R130 per blind

For 5 or more R110 per blind

R200 per Panel Blind

R500 per Outdoor roller blind

​​​Guarantee

We with this give you a 3-year carry-in guarantee on your blinds

If in the unlikely possibility, you blind have a factory fault take a photo and send it to us, we will let you know if it must be repaired in the factory, or we can send a technician to fix it onsite. ( within 50km radius of our offices) If it has to go to the factory, you must bring it to our offices. (Carry-in)

All Blinds go through a double-quality check. If you break anything when fitting you must bring it in for repairs that will be done free of charge

​​​​​Self-measuring Insurance( Ask for it)

If you do your measurements, please go to” How to Measure” on our website and follow the instructions carefully, to cover yourself, you can ask for” Self-measuring Insurance “to be added to your order.

If you don't ask for it we are not responsible if mistakes are made

​

How it works:

  1. Cost - 3% of the total amount of your blinds

  2. We replace no more than 30% of the number of blinds on the order

  3. That is out with no more than 60mm per blind.
