Call Out fee for Measuring - Cash to be paid directly to the Consultant

( We employ deaf people to do measuring as part of our community

outreach project)

If you want us to come and do the measurements for you to get a quote.

It will be refunded upon Ordering 

Radius up to 30 km R300

Radius  30 to 60 km R400

Radius  60 to 90 km R500

We hereby give you a 3-year carry-in guarantee on your blinds

If by the unlikely possibility you blind have a factory fault take a photo and send it to us, we will let you know if it must be repaired in the factory, or we can send a technician to fix it onsite. If it has to go to the factory, you must bring it to our offices. (Carry-in)

Fitting 

Although our fitters do an excellent job it is the customer's responsibility to check the blinds after they are fitted to see that you are happy with the Job, there are no free comebacks.

Self-measuring Insurance

If you do your own measurements, please go to” How to Measure” on our website and follow the instructions carefully, to cover yourself you can ask for the” Self-measuring Insurance “to be added to your order.

How it works:

1. Cost - 3% of the total amount of your blinds

2. We replace no more than 30% of the number of blinds on the order

3. That is out with no more than 60mm per blind.
